Workforce helps contractors and subcontractors manage their workers, jobs, company connections and documents in one place.
Whether you're preparing workers for an upcoming job, assigning work to subcontractors or sharing job information with a client, this guide will help you get started.
Explore Workforce
The sidebar has three main pages:
Page | What can you do? |
📅 Jobs | Accept or create jobs, assign workers and manage subcontractors. |
👷 Workers | Add workers, manage documents and check their readiness. |
🏢 Companies | Manage company connections and shared documents. |
Admins also see Company Docs, where they upload your company's own documents.
Understand the two types of jobs
There are two ways to manage jobs in Workforce.
Client jobs
When your client uses 9ID, they create the job and assign it to your company.
You can then accept the job, assign your workers and complete any required tasks.
Own jobs
When your client does not use 9ID, you can create a job yourself in Workforce.
You can assign workers and share the job information with your client through a link. Your client does not need an account to view the shared information.
Prepare your workers before their first day
We recommend adding your workers and completing as many required tasks as possible before they arrive on site.
Depending on the requirements:
Company admins and operators can complete the tasks the client set for the company and its workers, such as uploading an A1, Limosa or Dimona document.
Workers can complete online training, tests and other assigned tasks.
Some tasks, such as an on-site exam, must be completed at the site.
Preparing workers in advance helps prevent delays and check-in issues.

💡 Tip: Start preparing workers as soon as their site visit is planned. This gives everyone enough time to complete the required tasks.
